I love you!

Over about the last month, Alex has really been trying to repeat so many things that we say. Here is a video that I took on the day that he turned 17 months (August 31, 2010). He was copying me when I was saying, "I love you" and I grabbed the camera to record this quick video!! It was the first time he had tried to say this, and I was so glad to have this quick moment documented!! I love you, Alex!

Where to sleep...

Rajeev was in California this week for work, and just returned tonight. Arya waited up to see him when he got home. (Alex was too tired.) As she was getting ready to go to bed, this is what Arya said to me:

"Mommy, if Daddy is going to stay up all night working, then I'll sleep in your bed with you." (Can you tell that I let the kids sleep with me all week?) She continued, "If Daddy is going to go to bed, then I will just move my whole bed into your room next to your bed so that we can all just hold hands."

Adorable. :)
